Exchanges for all purchases in­-store require customer sale details or the original receipt. Exchanges are available 30 days from original purchase.

*No cash kept on premises, cash refund processed via direct deposit when valid ID is supplied.

Missing an item?

Some items may be sent from an alternative warehouse and will arrive separately. Please refer to the tracking emails you will have received for more details.

*Online purchases are refunded using the original payment method. Valid ID is required.

Online Returns Instructions

To obtain a return or exchange online, please complete our online “Exchange & Return Form” here.

Place your item(s) back in the original packaging and re­-seal the packaging ready for shipping. If you have elected to use the physical “Exchange & Return Form” please place a copy within the package.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge. Attach a new posting label and proceed to drop off your parcel at any registered post office.

Terms & Conditions

  • 99 Bikes reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty, a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a refund or credit note.
  • 99 Bikes will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery. In the event that your product is lost in transit, 99 Bikes will not be held liable. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
  • You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order.
  • Please retain your tracking information for the parcel and allow 2 business days to process the refund on receiving the goods.
  • Please note that once the refund is processed by 99 Bikes, the time taken for the amount to show in your bank account is dependant on your financial institution
  • Any goods that are not in the original packaging, have attached tags, undamaged, and unused will not be refunded, and returned back to you.
  • These conditions do not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act
