Can I order a bike for home delivery?

Ys you can for most bike! But due to supplier restrictions, a small selection of bikes cannot be delivered directly. Check the 'Shipping Details' tab on the product page for eligibility. Alternatively, you can use Click & Collect to have your bike sent to a store for collection.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic tracking email. If you haven’t received this within two business days, please contact customer service.

What is a split order?

If items in your order are located in different stores or warehouses, they may be shipped separately. You will be notified if this occurs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times typically range from 1–10 business days depending on your location and item size.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, deliveries require a signature to ensure safe receipt. You may be able to request Authority to Leave via the courier tracking link.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, 99 Bikes currently does not offer international shipping outside of New Zealand.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Returns are accepted within 30 days (excluding bikes) provided items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.

What is the Perfect Ride Guarantee?

If you're not completely satisfied with your bike, you may swap it within 30 days under the Perfect Ride Guarantee (terms apply).

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact customer service or complete a faulty item return form for assistance with replacement or refund.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Warranty claims can be made by contacting your local store or customer support with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EFTPOS, cash (in-store), and gift cards.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, finance options including interest-free terms, layby, and Afterpay are available, subject to approval and terms.

What is Club 99?

Club 99 is a lifetime membership program offering exclusive pricing, rewards, and benefits for a one-time membership fee.

How do I use Club 99 benefits online?

Log in using the email linked to your membership to access eligible benefits and offers.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards can be used online or in-store, are valid for three years from issue, and cannot be reloaded or replaced if lost.

Does my bike come assembled?

Bikes are partially assembled for shipping. Some minor assembly may be required upon delivery. In-store collection includes full assembly and safety check.

Do you offer bike safety checks?

Yes, stores offer safety checks and servicing options. Contact your local store for availability and pricing.

How often should I service my bike?

Regular servicing is recommended every 6–12 months depending on usage to ensure safety and performance.

How do I create an online account?

You can create an account during checkout or via the website login page using your email address.
