The item I bought is damaged/faulty, how can I resolve this?
The best thing to do to get any product issue resolved would be to visit your closest 99 Bikes store with the item, they will be able to test it out and determine whether or not it is a warranty. Please note some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you informed as the issue progresses.
If visiting a store is not an option, please contact help@99bikes.co.nz with details of your order and the issue with your item, or the condition the item arrived to you in (if it arrived damaged/faulty).
