In-store Warranties

Take your item and your receipt to any of our 99 Bikes stores and our in-store team members will assist you with the warranty process.

Online Warranties

Step 1

Contact us using the below warranty form - Please provide as much information as possible including troubleshooting.

Step 2

We will contact you to discuss your warranty claim further.

Step 3

We will either request you to take the item to your closest store or ask you to send the item back to our warehouse for processing.

You will be notified when your item has been received in our warehouse and the warranty process has begun.
We will contact you once your warranty claim has been accepted, or rejected, and whenever more information is required.

We aim to respond to warranty enquiries within 24 hours (excluding public holidays). 

The average turnaround time for warranty claims is 4 - 6 weeks.
