We have a strong culture of ownership, achievement and opportunity. We take our work seriously but not ourselves - we have fun! There are regular RIDE Events (reward and recognition, information, drinks and eats) to celebrate our achievements as a team, plus our annual GLOBAL event at an international destination celebrating the top achievers within the company. People is our number one philosophy and we reward and recognize our high achievers.

To support this mindset we offer our people financial ownership through Shares, Commission, Profit Share and Business Ownership Schemes for our Team Leaders. By 2027 our vision is to be 54% employee owned.
