ABOUT 99 BIKES
We opened the doors to our first 99 Bikes store in Auckland in 2020, growing to become one of New Zealand's favourite destinations for all things bike related.
Our company’s purpose is to enrich mind, body, earth and soul with the freedom of riding. We believe in living by our purpose and have 10 philosophies that help guide our purpose.

Our culture is built on celebrating high achievement through daily, monthly and yearly recognition and reward. Our high achievers win awards at our regular RIDE events (Reward, Recognition, Information, Drinks, Eats) and the top 10% of high achievers are awarded a ticket to attend our annual conference the Global Gathering in places like Whistler, Canada and Hakuba.

You don’t need to know everything about bikes to work here! We provide on-the-job training as well as access to our own 7-program Leadership Academy and a 99 Bikes Bicycle Academy.
