Why You Should Choose 99 Bikes Home Delivery

99 Bikes Home Delivery was born during lockdown as a way to get our communities in Auckland the bikes they needed, and it's only grown from there! Offering ready to ride bikes delivered straight to your door at a fraction of the cost a courier would.

99 bikes home delivery we'll answer any questions you have

Why it's awesome!

We’ll deliver your bike or bulky item that can’t be shipped with a standard courier and that you may not be able to transport.

We know that not everyone has the ability to transport a bike, whether that's because they are looking to swap public transport for a much more enjoyable way to get around, or don't have a vehicle capable of transporting a bike, especially ebikes which are heavier and require ebike specific car racks. Your bike will be delivered built, dialed and ready to ride. We'll even deliver bulky items like smart trainers and smart bikes which may be too bulky for you to transport.

We'll only charge you $29. Want to buy more than one bike? We’ll still only charge you $29 once!

We offer Home Delivery at a fixed rate of $29 regardless whether your located in the center city or on the fringes, we'll deliver in Auckland all the way from Warkworth to Pukekohe, because we want everyone to be able to access this offer. Our goal is to empower riders regardless of where they are to enjoy the freedom that riding provides.

Our team member will be there to answer any questions you have.

When we send out one of our trusty 99 Bikes red vans it doesn't just come with your shiny new ride, it also comes with a dedicated team member who can answer any questions you have. Ordered an ebike and want to know how it works before you ride? No problem! Our team member will make sure you are happy and comfortable with how it works before they leave. They'll even let you know via text 10 minutes ahead of time when they are coming to make sure you are ready.

How does 99 Bikes Home Delivery work?

Home Delivery is currently only available in Auckland, but we also offer bike shipping on a range of bikes available online if you are in another region, just look out for the 'courier delivery' badge. If the bike you want is available in your city you'll be able to choose Hand Delivery at checkout for only $29 and we'll take care of the rest.

        Pedal Hunts!

Our vans even help us with our annual Pedal Hunt, where a variety of kids and adults bikes are hidden across 4 cities with clues released weekly to hunt them down and win!

        Pedal Upcycle!

Every August we run our pedal upcycle program. Anyone can bring in their old bike to a 99 Bikes store, and we'll give them $50 to go towards a new bike, then we'll upcycle it back into shape and donate it to a local charity, this allows us to give back to our communities and get more people on bikes. Guess who delivers those upcycled bikes to the local charities? That's right, it's our trusty home delivery vans!

        Team Member Training!

Our van's also help us with our staff training days, where our team members get to ride the latest arriving models so that they can get real experience with them, so that they know exactly what you can expect and can provide the best advice possible when you're choosing a new ride.
