The Pedal Jet is a flat bar road bike perfect for recreational riding around town and along bike paths. The lightweight alloy frame makes this bike easy to ride, as well as easy to carry up stairs or load into a car, while the rigid steel fork increases durability and front-end stiffness, improving handling for nimble urban riding. The 1x7 speed Shimano Tourney gearing provides proven reliability with a modern ratio. Leaving out the extra shifter, front sprocket, and front derailleur results in a lighter bike, with less parts to maintain or become damaged. Instead of a thumb lever the addition of a Shimano Tourney Revo twist grip shifter ensures riders can always maintain a firm grip on the handlebars, with just a twist of the thumb and forefinger needed to shift gears. Alloy V-brakes provide ample stopping power, while fast rolling 700c wheels are kitted with 35c hybrid tyres, to offer plenty of grip without compromising efficiency.
