99 Bikes Glen Eden Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter: The promoter is 99 Bikes Glen Eden.

  2. Eligibility:

    1. Entry is open to residents of Auckland, New Zealand only.

    2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

    3. Employees of 99 Bikes and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  3. Entry:

    1. To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the designated competition page.

    2. Only one entry per person is permitted.

    3. By entering and providing contact information, participants consent to receive marketing communications from 99 Bikes, including promotional emails and SMS messages about offers, events, and products. Participants can unsubscribe or opt out at any time via the provided channels.

  4. Prize:

    1. The prize consists of one Pedal Brewer E-Bike (valued at $2,599) and one Raven BMX Helmet Satin Black (valued at $59.95).

    2. The prize must be collected in person from 99 Bikes Glen Eden.

    3. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

    4. No substitutions will be offered.

  5. Winner Selection & Notification:

    1. The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 30 August 2025.

    2. The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries.

    3. The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry.

    4. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, 99 Bikes reserves the right to redraw the prize.

  6. General:

    1. 99 Bikes reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of Auckland residency and age.
