This Shimano Ultegra level disc brake rotor offers significantly better heat dispersion than current road disc systems, so you experience less brake fade on extended descents. This revised design even provides better heat management than the current Shimano ICE technologies Freeza brake rotors. The ICE technologies Freeza design used in this rotor transfers heat from steel braking surface to the aluminium core and onto the cooling fins to be dispersed in the wind.
