MicroShift, supplying Shimano compatible parts since 1999. This rear derailleur is constructed from mostly alloy parts and has a Clutch system, to stop chain noises while riding on rough terrain. The Clutch can also be switched off, to get a smoother shift. It also helps when the wheel needs to be removed. This model is made to suit Shimano SLX equipped bikes.
