Description

The San Quentin is for the aggressive hardtail trail rider looking for a blend between singletrack capabilities and extended airtime. Blending the strength and style of Marin's Alcatraz dirt jump frame with the trail-savvy Nail Trail, the San Quentin family of aggressive trail hardtails are the perfect mash-up for the modern trail rider. The San Quentin 2 is built around a Series 3 6061 aluminium frame, with more advanced tube forming, more complex dropouts, post mount disc tabs, full internal cable routing, and a boost 148mm thru-axle. Added ISCG 05 tabs ensure chain retention when the terrain gets super nasty. The slack head tube angle paired with a steep seat tube angle creates a ride that will fly uphill with perfect front wheel precision but then descend like it is on rails.
