The Watts 2.0 is your jack-of-all-trades adventure helmet, purpose built for all season shredding. We took the original Watts helmet, put it on a diet, added more airflow, and dialed it in with a Compass Fit system that makes it easy to get a custom fit in seconds. This lid features that signature Bern brim in a shell that’s 20% lighter than the original, providing you with the ultimate balance of style and comfort. Swap in a summer or winter liner and you’re set to stay out there for any outdoor pursuit. *Note this is the non-MIPS version of the Watts 2.0 despite the photos.
Pick the model that best fits your style and customize your helmet with our range of seasonal upgrades.
Find your perfect fit with our compass fit system. Simply twist the dial to adjust to your custom fit, keeping your head snug and secure. Due to its light weight, this system will feel as if the helmet were custom made for your comfort.

Bern was born to shake up the helmet industry. It all started in 2004 with 3 dudes working out of a barn in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The only thing guiding them was their motto, “change the style to change the market”.
Bern’s guiding principles have always been style, comfort, and protection. As seasoned veterans of outdoor pursuit, we know the value of a lid that looks good, fits right, and doesn’t weigh you down. But style and comfort go right out the window if your skull isn’t protected, which is why Bern helmets are rigorously tested and re-tested to meet the standards of Olympic snowboarders, e-bike explorers, and careful parents of groms that are just getting going. Our cutting-edge innovation means that no matter how intense your stunt (or how wild your child) you can trust that Bern’s got your head covered.
