Just like the other structural parts of the Steel-O-Flex PHANTOM™ 8960, the shells are made of specially hardened steel and are incredibly hard to bend. And the Steel-O-Flex PHANTOM™ 8960 doesn’t sacrifice any convenience either: The Fidlock magnetic bracket makes mounting and removing the cable lock to and from the wheel a lot easier.
