Add a 120 mm fork, aggressive tyres and a dropper post to a lightweight carbon frame and you've got a recipe for fun. The Big Nine TR 5000 is ready to push beyond what cross-country hardtails should do. Merida added a longer travel 120mm travel RockShox Jude Gold fork, more aggressive high-volume tyres and their own lightweight dropper post to a CF3 carbon frame that features progressive geometry and patented AGILOMETER sizing. The updated CF carbon frame offers truly modern geometry with increased standover clearance and handling stability to better deal with the tough racetracks of today, the down-country ready TR option offers boosted fork travel, aggressive tyres and long travel dropper posts. Add in the precision and benchmark reliability of Shimano's XT 12-speed and you're good to go.
