Description

To build their most successful trail hardtail ever, Merida combined a beautifully built aluminium frame, with modern trail geometry, a long travel fork, capable 29er wheels and a long travel dropper post. The long reach and slack head angle make the Big Trail 600 a solid descender even when the trail is littered with roots and rocks, and the steep seat angle and central seating position give it its impressive climbing abilities. Spec’d with Shimano’s latest iteration of the Shimano Deore Groupset the M6100, paired with matching hydraulic disc brakes and burly 180mm rotors. The Marzocchi Z2 Air fork offers 140mm of trail munching travel, while chunky 29er wheels roll on 2.4” Maxxis Dissector tyres for amazing corner grip and comfort. With cleverly integrated mounting points for accessories such as kickstand, mudguards and a rear carrier, the Big Trail is ready to take on any adventure no matter how big.
