Description

The San Quentin is for the aggressive hardtail trail rider looking for a blend between singletrack and extended airtime. Taking cues from the Alcatraz, the San Quentin provides all the benefits of the dirt jump style with massive stand over and slick frame tubes. The more balanced rider position puts your weight between the wheels for impressive climbing and handling on flats, while the slack front end and short rear center help to pull you through the rough descents and corners with an intuitive feel. The San Quentin 1 features a lightweight Series 2 6061 aluminium frame, with tapered head tubes, 3D forged dropouts, IS brake mounts, and semi-internal cable routing. Spec’d with a MicroShift Advent 1x9 speed drivetrain, Tektro M275 Hydraulic Disc brakes and a 120mm travel SR Suntour XCM32 fork with Boost spacing. Rolling on 27.5” wheels, with tubeless ready rims and versatile Vee Flow Snap tyres.
