The Xelius is a light carbon road bike and an iconic model in the Lapierre range, the Xelius SL received glory with Thibaut Pinot on the Tour de France, the Giro and the Vuelta. But although the Xelius SL is capable of winning the greatest races on the planet, it remains a versatile and comfortable bike thanks to its design and unique 3D Tubular concept tube shapes, for optimal aerodynamics. Developed for professionals, but available to all cyclists. It is at ease in all circumstances, whether climbing, descending, or sprinting on the flat. Light, responsive and with premium aerodynamic performance, the Xelius SL embodies the evolution of the classic competition bike. The 8.0 model is spec’d Shimano’s Ultegra Di2 R8050 electric chainset, making gear changes child's play. Ride fast with the 52x36 chainset and climb any slope with the 11-speed 11-30T cassette. And if you go faster than you planned downhill, the Shimano Dura-Ace RT900 disc brake with 160/140mm rotors will slow you down.
