Pedal Group - Pedal Heist 2026 Competition T&Cs

The Promoter is Pedal Group Pty Ltd (ABN 67 131 402 278) of 66 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 (“Promoter”) and includes its subsidiary, 99 Bikes. Information about the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand, aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Pedal Group Pty Ltd, its related bodies corporate, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. The competition will commence at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday April 7 2026 and will continue until 1.00pm AEST (3.00pm NZST) on Thursday, April 16 2026. Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by following @pedalbikes_anz and @99bikes on Instagram and be one of the first five participants to arrive at the location and make themselves known to Pedal Bikes/99 Bikes staff members. When arriving at the location, the entrant must unlock the Hiplok Z Lok using the 3-digit code published on the @pedalbikes_anz and @99bikes Instagram accounts. Entrants must then scan a QR code, complete and submit an online form. Prizes for each day will be available between the hours of 12.00pm - 3.00pm in each location’s local timezone.
Maximum one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries which are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Promoter is unable to provide the Prize Winner with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value. If the Prize Winner does not accept any element of the Prize, the Promoter is not obliged to provide the Prize Winner with a substitute Prize. Each winner will receive one prize pack consisting of either: a Pedal Thrasher/Orion/Raven/Phoenix/Jaguar (or Caribou in New Zealand only) bike of the winner’s choosing. Each winner will also receive a MET Echo Helmet and a Hiplok Z Lok. The Prize Winners must then scan a QR code to complete & submit an online form. Prize Winners must take the Prize as offered. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable, refundable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Not all prizes may be available at all locations and are subject to change without notice. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not consist of anything other than what is expressly set out in the conditions above. All expenses and use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and, as applicable. There will be fifty (50) prize winners (“Prize Winners”) in total. Prizes will be awarded to the first five Eligible Entrants to successfully arrive at the location and complete the required tasks in accordance with these terms. Only one person per prize is eligible to win. Prize winners cannot win a prize twice. Prize winners will be announced on Pedal Bikes and/or 99 Bikes Instagram accounts throughout the duration of the promotion (7-16 April 2026). By accepting the prize, the prize winner is consenting to a photo being posted on the @pedalbikes_au and @99bikes Instagram and/or Facebook accounts. By accepting the prize, the prize winner is consenting to the photographic, video, audio and/or any other form of electronic recording (“recorded material”) by or on behalf of Pedal Group Pty Ltd ABN 67 131 402 278 and its related bodies corporate and suppliers (“Pedal Group”), and authorise Pedal Group to use, reproduce and publish (whether electronically or otherwise) all or any such recorded material, as well as all or any written, photographic, video, audio and/or any other form of electronic material to Pedal Group, from time to time, for purposes including promotional and educational material such as publications, posters, displays, billboards, websites, annual reports, social media and associated materials, to promote Pedal Bikes, its products and services. By accepting the prize, the prize winners waives the right to monies including but not limited to fees, royalties or any other commissions, and will make no further claims on Pedal Group in relation to this consent, or the material to which it refers. By accepting the prize, the prize winner is providing Pedal Group with unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free and fully sub-licensable licence to make full use of the recorded material. Personal information is being collected by the Promoter to facilitate the competition and for future marketing purposes. All data will be handled in accordance with the 99 Bikes Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of any prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the competition and withhold the Prize for any reasons; including inclement weather, or in the event that, in the Promoter's opinion, there are insufficient entries for the Promoter to be able to select a Prize Winner; or where, in the Promoter’s opinion, improper conduct by an entrant (or any number of them) has rendered the competition unfair to all entrants. The Promoter’s decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any Prize Winner. No correspondence will be entered into. Each entrant completely releases Instagram from any and all liability in relation to this promotion.
