Description

The Pedal Messenger is a classic single speed/fixed gear bike with a simple, understated design. Steel frame tubing provides retro styling and exceptional durability, as well as the slight shock absorption properties that steel provides. Single speed gearing is lauded in messenger circles as one of the best options available by virtue of its simplicity, with only the bare minimum of moving parts, there is very little that can fail. Flat handlebars with a slight rise provide a comfortable upright riding position, while a BMX inspired a-head stem on 1-1/8" fork steerer improves front end strength and stiffness for more confident handling, especially at low speeds in busy urban environments. Caliper brakes offer ample braking performance for urban riding, while being easily adjustable at home and low cost to maintain. Tough, stylish and simple, the Pedal Messenger is ideal for someone who isn’t interested in learning bike maintenance and wants a reliable ride that is always ready to go.

Please note due to component shortages this bike comes with a straight blade fork and a press stamped chainring not a bolt on as pictured.
