The Leatt 5.5 Junior Neck Brace Stealth Black is made from reinforced polyamide, providing great value. The Alternative Load Path Technology (ALPT), transmits energy from your helmet to other body parts, bypassing your neck to reduce forces during a crash. Super comfortable and durable it features three-way adjustability for the best fit. Independently lab and rider tested, with up to an 89% reduction in critical cervical spine injuries and a 45% lower likelihood of collarbone injuries. The engineered collarbone cut-out keeps the helmet rim away from fragile bones, while the optimal helmet rim striking platform redistributes neck forces and allows helmet movement. The CoreFlex split rear folding thoracic strut adapts to natural body movements for comfort and breaks away under excessive pressure. Other features include SureFit adjusters for a perfect fit, a sculptured split front, a low-profile push-button closure and an emergency release mechanism.
