The DRS (Drag Reduction System) provides class leading aerodynamics, paired with Lapierre's carbon expertise, from the choice of fibres to the type of construction, and the experience of the Groupama FDJ team, resulting in a bike that has been perfected to give the best performance. You only have to look at their athletes’ results to be convinced. An innovative attachment point for the seat stays with the top tube in front of the seat tube, disperses vibrations and allows for better bending of the seat stem and tube, increasing both comfort and speed. The 5.0 is spec’d with Shimano 105, with a 11-speed 11-30T cassette and compact 50-34 chainset allowing you to tackle any road. The hydraulic disc brakes with 160/140mm rotors ensure peace of mind in even the toughest conditions, while the DT Swiss wheelset provides an extraordinary stiffness-to-weight ratio.
