    Role: Team Leader

    Experience: 8 Years as a Team Leader at 99 Bikes, 10+ years with 99 Bikes in Retail and customer service and never looked back! Racing: NZ National Downhill series, Local Enduro series.

    Expertise: Downhill and Enduro bikes. Suspension Tuning/Set up. Dual Suspension servicing.

    What do you love about bikes: I love getting out on the trails and learning new skills with my friends and customers. There are so many awesome trails with amazing scenery open to the public in our area. The feelings of freedom and flow when you're coming down your favourite trail is really hard to beat! Of course no traffic on the way to work is always a bonus.

    Current bikes: Transition Spire, Ironhorse 90’s steel frame, Commencal Clash, Norco Range C2, Lapierre Spicy 527, SE Big Ripper, Lapierre Spicy 3.0, Ironhorse Sunday, Kona Cowan.

    Role: Sales Consultant

    Experience: Many years of experience in customer service working as a bartender and barista. 1000s of hours trying to hold the wheel.

    Expertise:  Road bikes, Hybrid/Commuter bikes, Kids bikes - all while making people smile and having a good time in store. E-Bike expert Status.

    What do you love about bikes: I love the freedom bikes give me, as well as being great for exercise. Pushing the Watts.

    Experience: Customer Service for 7+ years, I find Gravel / Adventure Bikes very interesting and want to learn as much as I can in the area of Bikepacking things. I spent my youth riding all day until the street lights came on with the trusty BMX.

     Expertise: Helping families and kids getting onto their first bikes, making the process simple and fun. E-bike Expert status.

    What do you love about bikes: Bike-packing on Gravel Bikes, Taking in more of this beautiful country at a great pace while keeping fit and healthy.

    Experience: Restoring neglected or retired bikes, I love the idea of giving an old bike a new lease of life.

    Expertise:  Full MTB build-up, MTB bike restoration, bling up your ride!!!

    What do you love about bikes: The fun of riding, having lengthy conversations about bikes, meeting people who share the same passion, and losing sleep over my next dream build!

    Experience: 5+ Years working on and riding BMX bikes,  3 Years Customer Service Experience.

    Expertise:  BMX Bikes, helping new riders find the perfect bike for them, as well as upgrades and custom builds.

    What do you love about bikes: I love the freedom of riding a bike as well as the physical and mental wellbeing benefits biking has to offer. I also love meeting new people while out riding bikes and helping improve each others riding and knowledge of bikes.
