Experience: After beginning my journey with 99 Bikes in September 2020, I've had the opportunity of working with a wide range of riders, from first-timers to seasoned enthusiasts. Over the years, I have gained in-depth, hands-on knowledge of our products and developed a passion for helping customers find the perfect bike to match their goals, lifestyle and riding style.

What do you love about bikes: I love the freedom and simplicity of riding a bike, ranging from commuting, heading down a rocky trail, or even cruising through the neighbourhood. Bikes bring people together to promote a healthier lifestyle, and contribute to a more sustainable environment for everyone to enjoy.

Favourite Ride: Riverhead

Expertise: I love all types of bikes, but especially E-bikes and Mountain bikes. My favourite thing is getting new people on the perfect bike.

What do you love about bikes?: I love bikes because it is a great way to get outside, and also spend some quality time with your friends and family.

Current Bikes: Marin Rift Zone, Pedal Orion

Experience: I grew up in Germany where bikes are very much part of daily life, whether it's commuting, weekend adventures, or sport. I've spent a lifetime around all kinds of bikes and riding styles, and have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't.

Expertise: I'm all about finding your "perfect ride." I love digging into the details to help you find a bike that doesn't just fit your body, but fits your lifestyle and goals perfectly.

What do you love about bikes: For me, it's all about the headspace and the health perks.
There's no better way to clear your mind than a bike ride. I love that a bike can be a tool for transport one day and a total escape into nature the next.

Current Bikes: A Marin Rift Zone XR for the dirt, and a drop-bar setup for the daily commute.

Favourite Ride: Anywhere I haven't been yet. I love exploring new spots, hitting fresh trails, and seeing where a new path takes me.

Experience: I've had a lifelong passion for bikes and have been working as a mechanic at 99 Bikes since late 2022. Prior to this, I spent many years maintaining and working on my own bikes and completed the NZ Bicycle Training Academy mechanics course. Since joining 99 Bikes, I've significantly expanded my technical knowledge and hands-on experience. What I enjoy most about working on bikes is helping people get out riding and enjoying the outdoors.

What do you love about bikes: I like the freedom and thrill it gives me while riding. Plus is also an easy way to maintain fitness.
