Eligible entrants

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who complete a Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey via the automated system during the relevant calendar month (“Eligible Entrants”).

Employees of 99 Bikes Pty Ltd, its related entities, suppliers, agencies, licensees, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.


How to Enter

To enter, Eligible Entrants must submit a response through the 99 Bikes NPS automation system during the applicable month, with a maximum of one (1) entry per person per month. The Prize is one (1) $100 gift card voucher per month, which is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.


The Prize


There is one (1) NZD $100 gift card voucher to be won each month. The Prize is:

  • Not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • Subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.


Winner Selection and Notification


The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the relevant calendar month. The draw will take place within the first five (5) business days of the following month.


The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their NPS submission. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, or does not respond, the Prize will be forfeited and will not be re-awarded.


Invalid Entries


The following will be deemed invalid:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, inappropriate, or incomprehensible entries;
  • Entries that breach any intellectual property rights;
  • Entries submitted by ineligible entrants.


General Terms

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in the value of the Prize. If the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.
  • If a winner declines or does not accept any part of the Prize, the Promoter is not required to offer a substitute.
  • To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the Prize.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
