Not sure what sized bike is best?

Answer a few short questions and we'll make a recommendation on which size is best for you.

Find Your Size

Step 1: Measure your height

  • Take off your shoes
  • Stand with your back straight against a wall
  • Balance a book on your head to mark your height on the wall
  • Measure your height by the distance from the floor to the mark

Step 2: Adjust your inseam

  • Based on your height, we’ve calculated a starting point.
  • You can measure your inseam by tucking a book between your legs so there is pressure but it isn’t uncomfortable.
  • Inseam typically falls with 5cm of the average.

Shop Tannus

Tannus protects your ride before it even begins. Designed for riders who want major puncture protection without swapping out their whole setup, Tannus Armour and Tubeless inserts bring high-end durability, grip and comfort to every wheel.

We’re talking fewer flats, safer rims and better control on rough roads or off-road trails — all without intimidating tech.

The Tannus Story

Founded in South Korea in the early 2000s, Tannus began by developing advanced polymer foam technology known as Aither. That compound formed the core of their airless tyre research and the patented materials used in their Armour and Tubeless product lines. In 2018 the company introduced the first Armour insert to protect tyres and rims while improving ride feel.

Today that heritage powers every Tannus product. You still get those technical benefits when you ride — fewer flats, better sidewall support, improved comfort — even if you’re just commuting, gravel-riding or hitting local trails.

Why Ride Tannus?

  • Patented Aither compound: a closed-cell polymer foam that absorbs shocks, resists sharp objects and gives reliable resistance under wide riding conditions.
  • Flat-defying protection: Armour inserts reduce common punctures — thorns, glass, pinch flats — by about ninety per cent.
  • Grip-boosting sidewall support: Inserts and wings allow you to run lower tyre pressure safely, so you get better contact with the ground in corners and over trail chatter.
  • Lightweight engineering: Even Tubeless Pro models weight under 160 grams for standard trail sizes, letting you gain protection without a heavy penalty.

Popular Tannus Ranges Explained

Tannus Armour Tubed

The Tannus Armour Tubed range uses foam inserts placed between your tyre and inner tube to guard against flats and rim damage. If you run inner tubes now, Armour Tubed lets you add protection against thorns, side cuts and pinch flats without going full tubeless.

Tannus Armour Tubeless

Tannus Armour Tubeless sits higher in your tyre with flexible “wings” that lean into sharp corners, giving you sidewall support and about twenty millimetres of rim protection. The insert works with tubeless setups and helps maintain ride quality while tuning down pressure for grip.

Tannus Tubeless Pro

The Tannus Tubeless Pro range builds on their insert technology with a ribbed internal shape for easier installation, increased impact resistance, and better handling on technical mountain bike terrain. It’s made to give trail, enduro and downhill riders more control under pressure.
