Praxis builds drive-side parts that give your bike smooth, solid performance without the cost of elite race gear. Their precision materials and smart designs mean everyday riders get durable, well-shifting components that stand up to real riding, whether commuting or exploring off-road.

The Praxis Story

Praxis was founded by experienced engineers from established cycling brands who wanted better drivetrain parts for modern riders. They blend advanced metals, meticulous manufacturing, and thoughtful test-cycling to make drivetrain components that last and work cleanly.

Tools like cold forging, hard anodising and meticulous fitting standards flow into your Praxis chainrings and bottom brackets today. That means less maintenance, stronger parts, and shifting you can count on for every ride.

Why Ride Praxis?

  • Cold-forged and machined precision Praxis uses cold forging and hard-anodised 7075-T6 aluminium to make chainrings that are light, stiff and built to resist wear.
  • Advanced tooth profiling Their road and gravel rings use LevaTime shifting ramps and pins for smoother front-shifting and narrow, wide profiles in single-ring setups that hold the chain in muddy or rough terrain.
  • M30 spindle and modern bottom bracket systems Praxis developed the M30 spindle (30 mm on the drive side, 28 mm non-drive) and offer T47 threaded, BSA and press-fit bottom brackets to match a wide range of frames reliably.
  • Rigorous compatibility and testing They check fit with 10, 11 and 12 speed drivetrains, both mechanical and electronic, so components you buy work with many setups without costly surprises.

Popular Praxis Ranges Explained

Praxis Drivetrain Other

The Praxis “Drivetrain Other” range covers components that aren’t a whole crankset or chainset but still play a vital role in power delivery, think bottom brackets, adapter bearings and conversion kits. These bits often use the same durable materials and exacting tolerances that Praxis chainrings and cranksets use, so you can swap them out for long life and better performance.
