At 99 Bikes, we believe in riding together. Ibert celebrates the joy of family bike rides with child-carriers made for safety, comfort and moments shared between parent and child. Let the adventures begin with peace of mind and smiles all around.

You’ll find Ibert gear that offers durable build quality, easy installation and clever design so riding with little ones is simpler and more fun.

The Ibert Story

Ibert first made its mark with its front-mounted Safe-T-Seat, designed by founder Kelly Eissinger. The Safe-T-Seat was one of the early child bike seats to earn British Standard BS EN 14344, meaning it met strict safety, durability and restraint requirements.

Changes over time, including Ibert’s incorporation into Kent International, added upgrades like padded mounting bars, footrests and new colour options. The company’s history centres on balancing safety, comfort and ease so today every Ibert product helps people ride confidently with their children.

Why Ride Ibert?

  • Proven safety standards. The Ibert Safe-T-Seat carries British and U.S. safety certifications meaning strength, restraints and durability are tested for children 9 months to 5 years old.
  • Centre-mounted design for better balance. The seat’s mounting bar allows the child’s weight to be positioned low and central rather than on the handlebars, helping the adult maintain better control.
  • Design built for usability. Easy to load, install and remove when needed, with padded steering wheel, footrests, quick buckle and universal fit to many bike frames.
  • Parent-child interaction first. The front position gives child a full view and lets adult respond immediately to needs, making shared rides more connected.
