The Hiko UTE is a family electric bike that can transport two or three kids on the rear carrier with the safety of bars and foot boards, or be transformed into a flat deck cargo e-bike with a 500 x 1000mm tray, also allowing 4 x Hikobike pannier bags to be carried under the tray. The 2 x 13Ah Battery system automatically switches from one battery to the other when one battery gets low, while the 200W Bafang Mid MAX Motor with torque sensor offers a pedal assist speed up to 30km/hr. The one-size medium frame design fits most riders, and with shorter riders in mind the stem and handlebars are adjustable. The low step-through top tube and double-sided kickstand provides easy mounting and dismounting as well as safe loading. Shimano Alfine 8 speed internal hub gears protects and seals away the drivetrain as well as offering stationary shifting.
